If those primitives started wearing shoes once in a while I am sure they would be less prone to half their diseases.
And another thing I'll get off my chest right here and now is that to have kids knowing you have a disease or condition that could eventually cause them much heartache is beyond selfish.
Edit: and would it be too much to ask them to stand up straight like humans once in a while and not squat like fucking monkeys taking dumps?
